Communicating with confidence and simplicity while engaging the audience and seamlessly driving their attention towards the subject is no easy task. It’s more challenging when an academic is presenting their research about *insert academic jargon that nobody understands* or when an entrepreneur is looking to raise funds and find clients. We work with organisations, universities, companies and incubators to develop the pitching, storytelling and public speaking skills of community members, teams, entrepreneurs, developers and more.
Our flexible public speaking package leverages multiple learning strategies to support speakers on their journey. It is available in two languages (English and French) and is delivered by the Founder herself, a global keynote, commencement and inspirational speaker, who weaves half a decade of theater, another half a decade of ballroom dancing, a decade of writing and storytelling and half a decade of entrepreneurship and public speaking, into boosting communication skills, improving stage presence and refining the message.

PersEd’s team brought together 12 global ambassadors from 7 countries. With them, we listened to what skills the youth felt they needed and wanted to learn. Within two weeks, we received 16,788 interactions that revealed youth’s top desired skills: creativity, discipline, self-awareness, sleep management and public speaking. For four of them, we designed learning journeys involving a challenge-based questionnaire that led to a customised roadmap for skill improvement. Each roadmap offered a series of hacks, exercises and strategies to experiment with over 4-5 weeks. The fifth most wanted skill, public speaking, was developed into a pitching package of live workshops and learning products.

Hack for Hope is a digital hackathon that brought together the Lebanese and the international communities around one mission: to give back hope and agency to youth in Lebanon after the horrific Beirut port explosion in 2020. A global team was gathered for this project, bringing three continents and time zones closer to each other to set up, design and deliver the 72-hour hackathon. Two teams won the hackathon and were offered professional development opportunities, provided inhouse or through our local partners, from courses on digital marketing to coaching on goal setting and mindset development to internships with start-ups.
The Think Week 2021 is a 7-morning journey, designed in collaboration with two entrepreneurs. Made of daily 45-minute powerhouses, it featured the R.E.T.H.I.N.K. programme and 8 outstanding speakers. Participants designed a goal map for the year 2021 and got the chance to learn from a trusted economist, an inspiring Gen Z, a global legal entrepreneur, a life coach, a yoga instructor, a 21st-century polymath, and the former Princess of Luxembourg.

Summer 2020. Two change-makers joined forces to bring together minds that are reimagining the future. Paul from the Time Repair Corporation and Alexandra from PersEd embarked on a podcast journey hosting founders, innovators, misfits, divergent thinkers, creators and polymaths. We decided to call our guests “Angels of Chaos” because they challenge the status quo, question old ways, offer new alternatives, and channel their entrepreneurial energy and multiple passions to bring the best out of themselves, others and, quite ambitiously, the world.
