PersEd started with a strong disappointment in how learning happens in most places (from schools to companies and everything in between). It then became the idea of an ideal, evolved as a series of experiments and is now a global space for learning design, personal leadership and collective intelligence.
Over the last few years, we have collaborated with 140+ organisations and individuals from 45+ countries over 70+ projects, and as a result, impacted the lives of 1,800 people directly and inspiring somewhere around 10,000 through our digital and live talks.
We helped entrepreneurs win their pitch, professionals set goals and gain momentum, managers reconnect with their passions, refugees get inspired and develop their life and career skills, developers hone their soft skills, and learners of all ages change the way they think.
